Here is the rundown on the "technicalities" of ordering from our site.
It is our intent to provide you with quality product and timely service whether you order is big or small. You may order by FAX, phone, email, and mail or directly from our web site. Our phone number is 973-875-4779 or you may use our 24-hour FAX at 973-786-6605. You may also simply print out the form below and mail to 201 Main Street, Andover, NJ 07821 with payment.
We accept money orders, personal checks and Visa or Master Card. When paying by credit card, please include the card number, name as it appears on the card, and expiration date. Merchandise paid by check will be shipped when the check clears our bank. In the event a check is returned to us due to insufficient funds, future purchases will require a money order or cashier's check.
When remitting orders and payment, please indicate your name and shipping address along with your email address. An email will be sent confirming your order and the exacet payment amount.
We will ship UPS ground, 3 day/2 nite and overnight. Priority Mail will be used for small, lightweight packages.
Shipping charges and insurance is not refundable. Merchandise may be returned within 10 days after receipt of shipment as indicated on the invoice. All items must be in their original condition as shipped with all labels clear and intact.
